I would like to take this moment to personally introduce myself. My name is Nancy Highley and I joined the Mattie Family in June of 2009. I have been assisting customers with financing, optional protective products and financial services for over 20 years. I bring this experience to the Mattie Family to assist you in not only obtaining your next vehicle but to offer products to past customers to assist them in protecting their investment.
The business surely has changed over the years and so has the banking regulations. In years past credit score was the major factor in being able to obtain a loan, now that is just one of the factors that is involved in getting conventional financing. Banks now are not only looking at past or current credit history they are also looking at equity, length of loan, credit score and most importantly your debt to income ratio.
I have been well tooled in these expectations of the banks that we use and I am eagerly looking to assist you the best way possible. Not only do I bring years of experience to the Finance Department but I also have signed up with some additional banks to better assist you, the valued customer here at Mattie Imports.
Been a Mattie Customer in the past and looking to protect your current vehicle by putting additional warranty on it? NO PROBLEM! Here at Mattie Imports we offer a FACTORY BACKED Extended Warranty package that is good at any VW or Audi Dealership in the United States. If your vehicle is under warranty currently or your vehicles current warranty is about to expire please feel free to contact me for extended warranty options. For the most part we ONLY offer Platinum Plan Extended Coverage as we find this to be a little bit more expensive but in the long run the coverage is second to none.
